I usually prefer a very strong minty clean. But this is an amazing mouth rinse without burning. And my breath really feels clean for a while. Longer than I expected. My teenagers really like it too.

If you don't like the strong minty sensation from your mouthwash than this is for you! It is very mild and doesn't give you that "fresh breath tingly" feeling but that doesn't mean it isn't working. I keep it in my car.

I always thought that when it comes to mouthwash, you have to settle for burning or something that isn't very effective. This is the best alcohol-free mouthwash I have every used. It's pleasant to use but very effective and has a great natural mint flavor. If you're using it for an onion or garlic smell, your bad breath may eventually come back and you may need to swish again but the effects last for quite a while.

To Open: Pull up to remove dosage cup before unscrewing bottle cap. To Use: Full dosage cup to mark. Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one cup-full. Gargle with another cup-full for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Repeat every 8-12 minutes. For best results, use with TheraBreath Toothpaste in the morning, before bed, and mid-day. Thoroughly brush teeth, tongue & inside of cheeks with TheraBreath Toothpaste for 2 minutes. Brush tongue gently. Spit out toothpaste, but do not rinse with water. Rinse with 1 dosage cup of TheraBreath Oral Rinse for 60-90 seconds. The combination of TheraBreath Toothpaste and Oral Rinse creates patented oxygenation for maximum fresh breath power. Spit out rinse. Wet dental floss with TheraBreath Oral Rinse and floss between teeth. Gargle for 30-60 seconds with an additional dosage cup full of TheraBreath Oral Rinse to treat the back of the throat and sinuses (where germs tend to hide in large numbers). For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 5 minutes.
