This product smells lovely, lathers well, and leaves my fine, limp, shoulder length hair shiny and bouncy. In fact, a coworker actually commented that she noticed my hair shimmering from across the room on a day that I shampooed with this. I tend to try new shampoos frequently, but find myself coming back to this one. My scalp is also rather sensitive and reacts to many products, but I experience no irritation with this shampoo. I highly recommend the item to those with similarly fine, lifeless hair.

So far I really like this. I have tried other volume shampoos and after a while my hair starts to get heavy and oily really fast. I really like how this makes my hair feel, very light and bouncy.

Horrible shampoo!! It stripped my hair of its moisture and it literally took the brand "it's a ten" hair mask and the leave in conditioning spray as well as a $30 salon shampoo called BB and over a month to get some of the moisture back!I am still working on it! They 2chic by Giovani has no phone number listed on the website and I emailed customer service 7 times without a response before I checked online Yellow Pages and found a phone number. All their customer service mailboxes were full and I finally got someone in accounting and he took my phone number and promised that someone would get back to me... We will see but I am not holding my breath.
