This shampoo ROCKS!! The amount I would normally use for any other shampoo was too much. Start out using a little less than you would with your other shampoos. Lathers up rich & creamy, smells nice (according to hubby who normally doesn't notice such things, says it smells fresh/clean, not perfumey) rinses out well. My hair feels nourished and healthy before I even get to the matching conditioner. I recently spent about $48 dollars on a shampoo (black & gold bottle) and it didn't compare to this at all. I can get 3 bottles of this shampoo (when on sale I spend about $40 on 3 bottles), so that's less than $48, and I LOVE this more! And I've got 3 bottles, not 1. Get it when it's 20% off.
