The toothbrushes are great. They are adorable, perfect size for a young toddler, and best of all you can't knock it over no matter how hard you try. I bought 3 of these and they drop them constantly since they are just learning the basics of brushing. The brush never hits the floor. The only downside is that the brush is replaceable (not a downside actually - I like this feature since it comes with replacement brushes)- so the brush top comes off fairly easily. We are used to this issue so we have adapted. But I wish it was a little harder to remove. Otherwise, I totally recommend.
