Still using daily - supposed to use 5-7 days/wk for 60 days...I'm half-way through. Have not seen improvement from the ELE attachment, but think I've gotten some results from the Trinity inself. (Used for same amount of time.) I will reserve my opinion until the full 60 days has elapsed, but my routine just w/ the Trinity and ELE is about 30 mins./day.
