I did not like this shampoo or the conditioner as much as L'Oreal Total Repair 5, in the black bottle. The L'Oréal made my thin, damaged hair feel softer.and look better.

Please, do not discontinue this! I have noticed it is disappearing from certain stores, so that is not always a good sign. This duo is the best I've ever used for my dry, curly, fine textured hair ( I am caucasian). I have tried everything, and I mean literally everything, in the drugstores and even some expensive salon brands and I have never had a product that would work like these. My hair has smoothness, body, movement, weight (no flyaway hair), no frizzies. It feels clean, not stripped. And...I hardly lose any hair when I use this. That is huge because I have been losing so much hair with other brands. When you have low-thyroid issues, you tend to lose hair and it stays dry, brittle, and just difficult to work with. But now I have something that works! This shampoo and conditioner are an answer to my prayers! The scent is nice, a little like cocoa butter, but sweeter. It does not linger if you are concerned about scent. I have found what I will use forever if you will continue to make it!

This shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair soft, clean, and beautiful! I don't wash my hair every time I shower, But my hair smells like I wash it daily! I will use this for as long as its made!

I really love how silky and shiny this shampoo makes my hair, without leaving hair feeling coated or weighed down. Cleans gently without over-drying my normal to dry hair. The scent is a heavenly, buttery vanilla that fills the bathroom. Love it!

I have very thick, colored hair. It is hard to find a shampoo that does not leave my hair frizzy. This one does the job. It keeps my hair silky smooth with a bounce.

I've always taken good care of my hair, to protect it from daily flat-ironing. I struggle with greasy hair that's typically over-moisturized. Herbal Essences always seems to be the only brand that can both wash out the grease and remove the hair gel I use on the back of my short bob haircut. I decided to try this new scent because it smells AMAZING. Buttery, sweet, and kind of reminds me of coconut, or something else tropical. After a few days, I noticed that my hair wasn't curly anymore! It kind of has a slight wave now, after only using this shampoo for maybe 2 weeks. This is the first product that has ever been able to smooth out my bizarre messy curls, and I've tried pretty much every other straightening/smoothing shampoo out there. I really appreciate not having to spend so much time ironing it. My hair is probably curly because of heat damage, so I'm unsure if it would miraculously smooth naturally springy hair. But you can try! ;D I only use conditioner once every week or two, so the shampoo seems to be potent all on its own. So if your hair is totally dried out, I imagine using both would be absolutely wonderful. (I've never bothered to write reviews for hair products before, but this one really stands out. Maybe it's this rare new superfruit that's working the magic!)

i like to mix and match my herbal essence products and this shampoo completely took care of my hair. it smells great and took me by surprise when the shampoo came out pink! lol
