I love this shampoo/conditioner duo- my hair is dry, curly and fine texture(I am caucasian), and it is a challenge. With low thyroid issues, I have a very hard time finding a shampoo and conditioner that will not make my hair fall out, won't cause build up or dryness. My hair and scalp are very very dry and this is literally the only thing I can use -- I have used EVERYTHING in the drugstore, literally, and many expensive salon brands. Oils don't work- not coconut, not olive or almond, jojoba-none of them have worked to make my hair look this good and feel so good. If you discontinue this I do not know what I will do! Please keep this product line! I love these products; I just cannot say enough good things about them. Soft, bouncy, happy hair is now mine- an answer to prayers!

I haven't used Herbal Essences in years b/c I felt they started using lower quality ingredients. But, when I saw the "Sleeker the Butter" line I was curious.
I have incredibly fine, thin, hair, that gets extremely dry, so using products for thicker hair just don't have enough moisture.

I bought all three products, and loved them. They smell great, and they don't weigh my hair down at all. The styling lotion is fantastic at smoothing down frizzies.

This is the first year my hair hasn't been static-y!
I would definitely recommend to women with thicker hair and ladies with fine hair, don't be afraid to try it if you have dry hair like me..It's a fantastic product line at a reasonable cost!

Post menopause, my hair is in shambles. Many conditioners with oils would leave too much oil in my hair and I had the greasy with brittle appearance. This left my hair soft and shiny without over conditioning. Love it and thank you!

My hair is thick and tends to be a little frizzy. I have tried many other smoothing/moisturizing products with no results to speak of. I can actually tell a difference with this conditioner! My hair is actually less frizzy and very soft. The fragrance is strong, but I like it. It smells very tropical. I am impressed with this product, especially for a drug store brand.

I cowash my type 2b/2c hair with this and it is wonderful. my hair is soft and manageable. I LOVE IT. I am not much of one for flowery smelling hair products, so I really like the scent of this particular line, too.

The color is so beautiful, the perfume is wonderful, the hair is so smooth and souple. Stops the breakage instantly. hair is perfumed all week long.I just love it!!!!!!!!

I used it .. absorbed into my hair. I had a difficult time washing it out. I have naturally thick, wavy hair.. and I had nearly no wave after using this. It DOES work well for frizz... but I was disapointed that smooth= less curl/wave. For straight hair, I'd say go for it. Smells awesome.

For years I have been disappointed that my fine, thin hair feels straw-like and dry, no matter what product I use. I have tried 97 cent products all the way through fancy salon products that cost $40 a bottle, plus finishers, smoothers, creams, etc. and have been disappointed with every one! Because I have very straight hair, I wanted to have a conditioner that made it smooth and shiny, but also feeling soft and moisturized instead of puffy and dry. I was in Walmart and about to buy my usual brand, when I decided to look and see if there was anything else affordable that seemed interesting. The new Herbal Essances must have just hit the shelves and I spent about five minutes opening bottles to smell them because they all smelled delicious and trying to choose a formula I thought would be good for my hair. I settled on The Sleeker the Butter and headed home. I used the shampoo and conditioner the next day and noticed even as I rinsed in the shower how smooth my hair felt. Later in the day, I put my hair in a pony tail and noticed how smooth it felt and how it didn't go up like a tangled bunch of dry sticks, like it usually did. In fact, I kept running my hand over it later because it felt like someone else's hair! I notice the difference every day I've used it: even without my straight iron (just using a blow dryer) it looks soft and smooth, feels amazing, and even seems a little thicker. I couldn't be more impressed! Thanks!

I am African-American with natural hair. I use this product to co-wash because it has amazing slip and makes detangling a breeze. I recommend it to everyone I know whether they are natural or not. And it smells great.
