I love this stuff! I received this as a free sample with an order and love it! I will be buying this as soon as I run out. I've only used it for 3 days and can already see and feel a difference! It makes my hair feel very soft and silk, also my hair isn't as tangled anymore. This is also cheaper than other products I have purchased and have been using, so this is also a major plus for me! I have used it with and without the shampoo/conditioner and this works just as well with other shampoos. I'm currently using this with Toni & Guy damage control shampoo/conditioner and I love it!

My hair is curly, sometimes frizzy. This is easy to use and lasts. I use an ionic hair dryer, excellent brush and straight iron. My hair looks terrific!

I live in Houston where the humidity regularly reaches uber frizz level. Until I started using the Tresemme 7 Day Smooth System (all 3 products)my hair was a frizzy Q-Tip. I use it 1X/week with mousse and my hair remains straight with minimum frizz. I use the recommended 3 products, shampoo, conditioner and the heat activated treatment to get the best results. I do however, use more of the heat activated treatment than recommended. I section my hair off into 5 and use 2 pumps/section, add mousse and style. I'm diligent about going over each section 3 times with the flat iron on the highest heat. Touch ups with the flat iron during the week are a breeze and brings my style right back as if it were day 1.

so my hair is frizzy...i live in the deep south with lots of humidity. i try all those 'will not weigh your hair down' products but in the end just a good hair gel works best.

I used this along with the conditioner and honestly did not see much difference when doing my hair. The next morning any effect it might have had is completely gone. My hair was totally frizzed out again.
