I have very strong reaction to mosquito bites. Not only do they seem to seek me out, but they stick around to give me multiple bites causing swelling and itching. The itching can be so bad that it keeps me from being able to fall asleep or stay asleep. There is enough lidocain in this product to relieve the itching almost completely and almost immediately. It works much better than anything else I have tried over the years. Yes, I use it in the daytime also, but it is at night that I look upon it as my lifesaver.
