The very FIRST time I (gently) touched my face with this pencil, the entire point broke off, way down below the "collar." And I twisted and twisted and it never came back! This was a total waste.

I put it on when I'm going out the house. However I have to check it out every hour and adjust:remove what's smudges and smears and re-apply again which is a bummer since I need a magnified mirror that I have at home.

This eyeliner is very close to the look you get with a liquid eyeliner. It is very bold. It goes on easily and creates an intense, deep look. I think it is best for evening or when you want a little more drama. The one bad thing I found is it is not that simple to remove it. It does last and does not run.
