My husband uses this shampoo and loves it. He has very long hair which is fine and wanted it to look thicker. If he's happy, so am I.

As the owner of baby-fine hair that is currently not permed, I was looking for more volume. This shampoo DID create more volume from the first or second use. The tradeoff was that it seemed to dry my hair out and make it very dull, stealing the shine.

I'm no scientist, but most volumizing products seem to work by fluffing up the scales on the outside of each hair - I think in doing this, the scales don't lay flat and reflect light smoothly as they normally would- the fluffing making the scales "stick out" and reflect light unevenly.

Whatever... I used this a few weeks to see if the results would improve with use, and every time it was like "Oh, look at my thick but abused-looking hair." Definitely not for me.

Every time you wash your hair. Use the whole line products. I felt the thickness of my hair the first time. I would recommend to everyone who hair is thinning out.

In addition to fullness there is an added bonus: makes my super-oily hair almost normal.

Buying more as they will surely discontinue!

I knew that my hair looked bad and just thought it needed a trim. The stylist grabbed at my hair and mentioned how dry it was. It was like straw! And it didn't get any better after the cut. :( I finally realized that it is the shampoo. Not only that, but it leaves my hair looking even flatter and thinner than it was before I began using it. I have gone back to my old shampoo.
