The tip was not sharpenable. I used a makeup sharpener as suggested but the tip kept getting stuck in sharpener and breaking. It is basically a narrow soft white crayon. Don't waste your money or time.

This product is basically just wax in pencil form. It does help to conceal lines when applying lipstick because it fills in any creases but the wax is a bit sticky and makes lipstick application a bit more difficult. You can sharpen this pencil with a makeup sharpener and it sharpens extremely well. As I said, this product is not bad but not great either. It's very cheap though so you might as well try it out for yourself if you are on the fence- there's not much to lose since it's so cheap. It didn't work that great for me but it may be another person's favorite product.

The tip broke off the second time I used it, and that meant the entire product was gone, because it is only the tip. There is no more liner that can be sharpened or pushed up. What a waste of $.

To prevent lipstick & lipgloss from feathering, outline your lips by following the contour of your mouth. Start from the outer edges of your lips and work your way towards center of your lip on each side.

Tip: Before applying your lipliner, pat your lips lightly with your foundation or pressed powder puff, which also helps keep you lipstick from feathering.
