I wouldn't say it "restored" our floors but they definitely look better. It's certainly a big improvement. We have hardwoods and they're cleaner and shiny.

This product made my floors look much more shiny and clean than after a normal mopping session. It's not a quick process though. You only want to do it 3 times a year or so, so you want to make sure you do a good job which involves pre-mopping the floor, letting it dry, using the Liquid Gold product, not walking on the floor for an hour and then letting it dry for 8 hours. I have small kids so this is an impossible daytime activity -- I do it as the last thing before I go to bed and try to make sure there are at least 8 hours before the kids wake up. But the floors do look nice!

This product makes my floors look nice and shiny. It brings out the natural warmth of the wood to make it look richer. The only downside is that you have to avoid any traffic for one hour and wait 8 hours to put your furniture back. It makes it difficult for busy households.

For best results, sweep and damp mop floor thoroughly. Allow floor to dry completely. Doing 1 section at a time, apply Floor Restore directly on the floor and spread evenly with a clean damp sponge mop. Repeat until the desired area has been completed. Allow Floor Restore to dry 1 hour before walking on floors and 8 hours before replacing rugs and furniture. To care for floors between applications, sweep and damp mop as needed.
Notes: To ensure compatibility with finish, test in an inconspicuous spot. Average coverage is about 300 sq. ft. To keep floors looking their best, use Floor Restore 3 – 4 times a year. Floor Restore is a permanent coating. Do not use Floor Restore on unsealed, unfinished, waxed or oiled floors.
