Since this is a chewable, I like the taste of this product over the taste of a similar product from a large box store.

I have always had trouble swallowing pills so I buy chewables whenever I can. I don't want to take the chocolate or gummy calcium supplements b/c of the extra calories so I've been using the Caltrate fruit chewables for years even though they were slightly hard to bite into. I was thrilled when they recently made the fruit chewables smaller and softer. They are easier to bite into and chew, and unlike other reviewers, I have absolutely no problem with the taste. I hope Caltrate continues to make these chewable tablets.

These used to be great - easy to take with no nasty aftertaste. They recently changed them they now taste really bad with unpleasant aftertaste. Yuck!

I've been using Caltrate's chewable calcium for years. I don't know how or why this one is different, but it tastes absolutely disgusting, leaving a bitter, nasty taste in my mouth. Highly not recommended.
