I brought this because both my husband and I have some arthritis. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and my husband has it in his hands, hips and shoulders. I tried this for a month and did not find it helpful in reducing joint inflammation and pain. However, my husband says it has helped the aches and pains he has.

I developed arthritis in my knees when I was pregnant with my son, 30+ years ago. Over the years it spread to many other areas. I used many products as well as costly acupuncture treatments, however, this only offered temporary relief. I enrolled in experimental programs for special treatments and shots, but again, results were very temporary, if at all. The thought of spending a rainy summer down here in very south Florida scared me to death but this year we encountered a situation that caused us to remain at home. Since I had already begun to take Nature's Lab Turmeric Curcumin C3 with good results, I continued to do so very consistently. I was amazed with the results. Somehow, this product greatly reduced the amount of inflammation in my body resulting in very little and mostly no pain at all. This was one of our wettest summers, raining everyday and still, I woke up each day without pain and was able to enjoy my life. I've used Turmeric spice in my cooking for quite awhile, however, aside from the flavor, it didn't lessen my inflammation. This product Nature's Lab Turmeric Curcumin C3 is excellent and I highly recommend it. The only side effect I've experienced is the freedom from pain and suffering.

I've been looking for Turmeric (Standardized to 95% Curcuminoids) with Black Pepper extract after my favorite doctor recommended it. Nature's Lab had the right ingredients and dosage. Turmeric with Black Pepper extract is good for all kinds of reasons. I forgot to place an order so there were a few days that I went without and found out just how good this is. My finger joints were in such agonizing pain until I got my shipment and resumed taking this. I never want to run out again.
