I was having leg cramps, not sleeping well, and arthritis pain. Magnesium was recommended by many websites for all these issues. I also read that magnesium glycinate was the most absorbable for the human body. I tried this product about a month ago. Leg cramps are gone, I'm sleeping longer at night and less tired, and the arthritis, maybe a little better in one hand. I'm hoping with longer use it may improve. But i'm happy with the results I've already gotten.

I didn't read carefully enough and discovered when I received the product that you must take 4 capsules instead of the customary two to reach the 400 mg leval.

Selected this particular Magnesium supplement after much research. The Glycinate variety is said to be less likely to cause intestinal distress. I've experienced no negative side effects so far starting at 200 mg/day to be safe. Only issue that I noticed today is that the instructions here say to take 2 capsules/day. The bottle label say to take 4 capsules/day for the recommended 400 mg daily dose. While probably not intentional, it's somewhat deceiving.
