Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. I like the texture of the cream for application and love the dewyish finish. If the shade matches your skin tone, you're all set. The problem for me is that this cream only comes in two shades. I'm very fair and the 'fair to light' is way too dark for me and the color deepens as the day wears on. I can use this cream to good effect but I have to "cut it" with moisturizer to lighten the color. For this, I use Neutrogena's Tone Correcting Moisturizer, which uses white pigments to counteract redness. These pigments dilute the color in the BB cream quite well. I usually use 4 parts moisturizer to 1 part BB cream. I blend them together in my palm and apply with a makeup sponge wedge to ensure even application. Then, I set it with a light buffing of mineral veil.
Every morning after cleansing, apply evenly to face and neck.
For sunscreen use: Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun.
