I have a lot of wavy blonde hair that's medium length - the strands are individually fine, so I tend to get a lot of frizziness. This conditioner helps to isolate my waves into curls and controls the friz.
- shampoo with Curl & Shine shampoo
- put in conditioner, working from ends to scalp, leave in for a few minutes
- very lightly rinse (like only for 2-3 seconds)
- turn head over, shake head to remove excess water & define curls
- scrunch curls up from bottom to squeeze out water and wrap in an old t-shirt or light towel.
- air dry for amazing curls.

This stuff is magic! After only a few days of using it, the frizz level in my hair had gone down quite a bit and my curls were holding their shape much better. On days when it's drier out, I like run a little bit through my hair after I shower as a leave-in treatment and it really helps! My one complaint is that the bottle is so small! I have short hair and go through a bottle every 5 weeks or so. I couldn't imagine how much faster I'd need a new bottle if I had longer hair.

My favorite conditioner! Makes my hair so soft and manageable after shower. Usually the conditioning effect of my conditioner disappear right after my hair gets dry.. but this one lasts!
