Fitting Instructions:  Place the Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic insole directly on top of your existing insole, or remove the existing insole and place the orthotic directly onto the footbed of your shoe.  Using either method, align the heel of the orthotic insole with the heel of the shoe for proper placement.
