Mom of 3 and 40 years old. I started this product and taking it as recommended. I do notice a difference even at a slightest is a relief for me.I wake up once instead of 4 or 5 times a night. I can run to a store without having an accident right outside my front door. I seem to have more control than before. Sneezing or coughing I only have tiny accidents instead of flood warnings.I got this in the hopes of my new job not becoming a nightmare and even though I still have to wear protection I know I will make it with less embarrassment. Remember everyone's body is different and will or will not all work with this but I thought I would put my experience.

First time ordering from drugstore.com. I've been a user for about 6 months and this product has been the biggest life changer ever. I was always hunting for bathrooms, worried bus trips etc. I bought this and started using it a few weeks before a cruise because we were going to be touring on buses and many times overseas no toilet stops. This has been a miracle for me. I even forget about having to find a toilet or needing one. I always used to use the toilet before leaving a visit at my daughter's home, but even after 4 hours or so it didn't even occur to me to use it. She noticed and asked me if I was wearing depends....

I followed the instructions given. I used to get up 2 to 3 times a night to use the bathroom. Now I am down to once a night unless I drink more than 6 cups of liquid. If I drink 6 to 8 I'm still up 2 or 3 times night.

I was really unsure if this product would work, since the active ingredient is pumpkin seed and SoyLife. I was so pleasantly surprised when the first night I took one capsule and I actually did not have to get up and go to the bathroom all night. I have many bladder issues, and one of them going all the time to the restroom, especially at night. I did take prescription medications before and did not like the side effects, plus at my age, 60 who needs to take more medication. This is all natural and I actually feel better. I was actually not going to try it, because it was expensive and I really did not want to waste my money on a product that did not work, so I got it on sale at drugstore.com and put it on my reorder list. I saw it did not get great reviews, but I am so happy I tried it anyway.

Unfortunately, age usually means overactive bladder. As a 65 year old woman, I tried this after seeing a commercial for it, and it does actually control the number of times I have to run to the bathroom. I will continue to use it. I do wish, however, it was not so expensive, but that seems to be the only bad thing.

I have been taking this for a couple of weeks and found that it does help at night and I am able to sleep without having to get up but during the day it doesn't ease my symptoms.
Gravity is what causes a lot of my issues and this pill does nothing to help that. I on a prescription med that has offered some daytime/nighttime relief.
If the issue is getting up at night then this can certainly help but you may need a real medication prescribed by a doctor to help with more severe symptoms.
For the first two weeks: Take 1 capsule morning, noon and night. After two weeks, begin taking 1 capsule very 12 hours. As with any dietary supplement, please inform your healthcare professional before taking. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight.
