Walgreens Plantar Fasciitis Foot Sleep Support can be worn on the right or left food.  Socks are optional.  The support comfortably holds the foot in the suggested therapeutic position throughout the night.  For best results, apply added support as described in instructions.

1. Loosen the fasteners on foot and calf straps.  Slide foot through the calf strap and allow support to rest on top of foot.
2. Adjust the support's position so the calf strap lies approximately 2 inches above the anklebone.  Adjust the calf strap on both sides for a firm and comfortable fit.
3. Center the wide part of foot support underneath the ball of foot.  Attach the fastener on the wide end of the foot strap to the top of the support.  With toes up, wrap the last strap around foot and attach the fastener.

Care Instructions:  Remove the foot and calf straps from the pastic part of the support.  Hand wash each part seaparely with warm water and mild soap.  Rinse well and allow to air dry.  Towel dry the plastic component.  Do not machine wash, dry clean, tumble dry or use fabric softeners or bleach.
