Do Not:  Machine wash, dry clean, tumble dry or use fabric softeners or bleach.

1. Place around the lower back with both hands.
2. While holding support in place, pull the inner belt with the hook tabs across stomach and lock in place.
3. Pull two ends of belt across stomach to your desired compression level. 
4. Lock ends of belt by attaching the hooks on the other side of belt.
5. Adjust for a firm yet comfortable fit.

Care Instructions:  Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.  Air dry.
