For external use only.  Keep out of the reach of children.

Pour into your hand or a washcloth and apply to damp face or body.  Gently massage polish in a circular motion for about one minute.  Rinse and follow with a moisturizer.  When dead cells are exfoliated from your skin, moisturizer.  When dead cells are exfoliated from your skin, moisturizes are better absorbed.
