I have used phazyme 120mg Simethicone for years (maybe 20), and although it had been very effective to relieve symtoms of pressure, bloating, gas etc due to foods that disagree with my digestive system (flatulent vegetables:broccoli, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, fried foods, etcetera.), I have found at times, that I need something stronger. I have only found it in a bottle (as opposed to the blister packaging), at One retail store. For chronic use, the blister pack is very inconvenient. When a person needs immediate relief, you don't want to have to fiddle with the packaging. It is clearly the best OTC (over the counter) product for relief of painful bloating and abdominal distention.

Would have given 250 mg. Phazyme five stars if it were available in a bottle and not solely the blister packs which I find annoying and inconvenient.
Separate blister. Press softgel through foil. Swallow one or two softgels after a meal. Do not exceed two softgels per 24 hours except under the advice and supervision of a physician. Store at room temperature 59-86°F (15-30°C).
