I started using this because I notice my alopecia coming back (I had it for a period when I was a child). I was visiting the dermatologist regularly for steroid shots in my scalp and about a year into that began taking these pills along with some vitamin d (I read lack of vitamin d may affect hair growth). After starting the pills, along with the dermatologist treatment, I started seeing hair growth! Due to changes in my insurance I'm not visiting the dermatologist this academic year and still taking the pills and STILL seeing hair growth. I do think the pills made the difference here. I recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try!

I haven't seen a difference yet in my hair. I have used for 3 months. However my nails are really growing and for the first time in my life, I have hard natural nails. I would continue it just for that.

I have been taking one daily for about a year and I can definitely tell it is strengthening my hair. Never had a problem with my nails, but they are harder, I believe, than before starting this regimen.

New hair growth occurred for me within the first two months of use. I used this product for a year then switched to a different brand. After a few months on the other brand my hair became very thin again so I switched back to this brand and am back on track with fuller looking hair. I will never have a thick head of hair, but after using this product faithfully I do not see bald spots when I look in the mirror.
