This soap is TOTALLY fragrance-free and mild. I use it in the shower with a nylon scrubbie; it lathers very well. It won't dry out your skin like many soaps can, because of the vegetable oil base and fresh goats' milk. People have been using goats' milk in beauty products for thousands of years! It rinses off easily, unlike many "shower gels" or soaps that are "1/4 cleansing cream." The bar is a large size with rounded corners and is slightly curved on the bottom so that it will dry better in the soap dish. This is a great basic soap for the whole family. Some people are so sensitive to fragrances in products that the slightest fragrance will provoke a serious respiratory reaction, so this is a wonderful soap to have on hand for guests.

I found this soap a couple of years ago, and haven't wanted to use any other since. It is simply the best soap I've ever used. I love all things unscented, so that's perfect! It's also creamy, lathers nice, and moisturizes (fairly well, for soap). I also apply a moisturizer after showering out of a habit instilled in me at a young age. However, my husband will not use a moisturizer even though his skin gets dry and flaky in the winter, and after switching to this soap, he rarely has a problem with that anymore.

I have used this soap for many years because I am allergic to most fragrances. It is labeled Fragrance-Free, and it is indeed free from fragrances, not just from added fragrances but from ingredients that have a fragrance. I'm very pleased with every aspect of this soap.

The soap is great for everyday use. It lasts a long time, so that offsets the higher cost for me. I do not use it on my face, as it was too harsh for my lips. My husband likes that it is truly fragrance free.
