I am extremely fair and sensitive skinned. I can no longer wear makeup, not even mascara (sigh). It has been very difficult finding a sunblock for my face as the popular chemical brands chemically burn my face, even many natural brands make me break out horribly. I finally found Badger brand sun blocks, and love the one I use, but it stays greasy looking as it isn't designed for the face, and I turn into a freaky looking even whiter chick, but it is worth it to not endure the breakouts direct sun causes, so I just hide behind my oversized sunglasses and 7" brim sun hat, and smile at everyone who looks my way because they cannot help but look at a person with a freaky whitish blue face with huge sunglasses and a hat. I'm used to getting looked at, anyway because very few people have such white skin unless they are elderly, but would like to look like myself, so, I decided to try a tinted sunblock. But, as soon as I opened the box of Andalou, I knew it was too dark for my skin. Plus, the Andalou does have a scent, but I took the chance I could hack it, after perusing the ingredients. So, I put a layer of Badger on my face, let it set up. Then a layer of Andalou, and let it set up. Very nice. It does mattify, and even contains the greasy look of the Badger, and I love the smell, no bad reactions to it whatsoever. BUT...still too dark for me.....so I put another layer of Badger on my face, let it set up, walk out to the living room and my kid notices even though I smell like roses, I do not look like I have sunblock on my face. I am calling this a success. My sunblock is now my makeup and I smell like roses.

This is a good product for daily spf protection and very light coverage. If you are looking to swap out your foundation I would not suggest this. Sheer it definitely is. I have some patches of redness that it doesn't completely cover, but give it an hour or so to let the zinc formula sink into your skin and your skin will have a more even and toned complexion. I much prefer zinc-based formulas to titanium dioxide, but it's hard finding a product that doesn't leave the tell-tale white cast on your skin. I'm very impressed with this product-it has the perfect neutral shade for my relatively pale skin, while being very easy to spread over the skin. Titanium Dioxide based formulas tend to make me break out and also can be very thick and both not easy to apply and leave your face feeling (and looking) cakey. This does not do that!
I have dry skin with several small patches of flakiness and I do not need any extra moisturizer when using this. The first time I applied it I used a moisturizer and my skin ended up looking very shiny and needed to be blotted. The next day I used no additional moisturizer and it was perfect. Not overly shiny, and the perfect weight. There are several (organic) oils in the formula, so I probably would not recommend for oily skin types (or use a mattifier beforehand).
I like that this brand uses mostly organic ingredients, while including several antioxidants and anti-aging ingredients. It's 3 products in one for me. Smells like fresh roses as well, which is nice if a bit strong. I am looking forward to trying the orange formula, which is a scent I prefer and nearly identical formula.

I am a traveling music teacher which means I drive between schools. The sun shines on me in my car and as I walk to the rooms where I teach. I live in an excessively sunny part of California. My skin is sensitive and has shown a lot of sun damage particularly hyper-pigmentation in the last 10 years. This corrects that and other flaws and provides sheer coverage on my skin. The stem cell formula seems to be helping my skin even out and the SPF 30 is very helpful.
I use a Eucerin Q10 SPF lotion first after cleansing in the morning and then I add this over it and blend with my fingers. It blends in nicely and gives me a nice finished look. I add lipstick and then I am ready to go. I add more after lunch to protect my face. I put a stronger SPF on my neck which has shown more wear and more hyper pigmentation. I am currently trying Neova nighttime repair. Neova makes a tinted sunscreen I alternate with this one. This is a great product and smells wonderful.

This sunscreen is full of nutritious oils for the skin. I would not recommended for oily skin. It smells wonderful and plays well w makeup. It doesn't really offer any coverage on its own but leaves no white cast at all considering its 20% zinc oxide! I love it and will wear it forever. Just wait until it goes on sale.

I first put on Eucerin Q10 anti-wrinkle formula which is SPF 15. This gives my face a moisturizer and treats the wrinkles with the formula. Then this cream goes on very easily and blends in easily due to previous moisture cream. Because THIS is made from natural ingredients, I don't feel I am experiencing any detrimental effects. In fact my skin has been more protected during the day by the minerals and sunscreen in this product. I have noticed a difference in my skin. There is improvement as far as skin discoloration caused by sun exposure.
Every so often I will switch for a day to a different sun screen to give my face a break. But I wear this instead of make-up and I like this better as a tinted moisturizer looks more natural and not as heavy. THE Scent is ENCHANTING.

This CC cream is theee best! I prefer to use organic products and for the longest I've been trying to find an organic CC or BB cream that isn't too thick or too oily or too dry because it seems like they all have something that's just slightly off about them and I don't like throwing things away so I just use them until they're gone and then try something new. I am sooooo happy I decided to try this one, it's perfect! Perfect consistency, perfect texture & perfect results! I've only been using it for about 2 weeks and my face is soooo incredibly soft and it shows. My skin isn't dull anymore, it's actually glowing now. My blotchiness has noticeably cleared up and it evens out my skin tone tremendously. I'm definitely going to switch over my other products to Andalou Naturals too.

It is difficult to apply and much thcker than I anticpated. More like a moisturing foundation rather than a tinted moisturizer.More coverage than I wanted.

I wanted to love this...REALLY wanted to love it. I have been searching for that just-right tinted moisturizer with SPF, and so far my best has been Suntegrity. Unfortunately, it is just a little too orangey for my skin tone. So I decided to try this Andalou brand since it was labeled "sensitive." (I have extremely sensitive skin.) When I first tried it, I was really pleased for about the first hour or two. The coverage is pretty sheer, but the color was great and made my skin look healthy and dewy. I thought I had hit the jackpot. BUT... as the day went on, my face started to feel itchy. By the time work was over for the day, I was having great difficulty not scratching my face. When I got home to wash my face, it just looked kind of red and swollen with little bumps here and there. I read the ingredients before purchasing, and there was nothing listed that I have a known sensitivity to. So bottom line, if this doesn't break you out or make you itchy, you may have found a real treasure. I so wish I could wear this - it really did look nice. I would recommend this to people who don't have sensitive skin, and maybe those who do could find a sample somewhere to try. I might even give it a month and try it again and see if I still have a reaction - I liked the way it looked that much.

I use this to set up a tiny amount of Bare Minerals, tho I wonder if I even need that except for some dark circles. IMO Andalou makes good stuff and it's a question of which line or which product(s) work best for you. Gave a starter kit as a gift recently.

I have sensitive, dry, break-out prone skin that reacts to chemical sunscreens. I've been searching for a mineral sunscreen that doesn't make me look like a ghost, and this is the winner. The color works fine for me - I'm very, VERY pale - and it has no white cast at all, not even later in the day.

There was a learning curve for how to use it - the texture is very thick, so I find it works best (and I use less) if I put it on it over a layer of moisturizer - someone whose skin is less dry than mine might not have to. And I dot it in the places where I want more coverage - chin, nose, forehead, under eyes - and then spread it from there. It stays a little bit tacky through the day, so I find that a layer of mineral/silica powder both helps it not feel tacky and makes it last all day. It's not like anything I've used before, but now that I've figured out how to make it work, it's totally the best thing ever. I wouldn't usually spend this much, but it's worth it for me to have sunscreen that doesn't break me out or make me look shiny and blue-white.
