The point is so sharp that with the slightest move you can end up piercing your skin, and bleeding. These caused me to have bumps over my eyelid from trying to use them on my eyebrows.

i have had many pairs over the years and resent the price but they do the job. not worth sending back for sharpening...they do a lousy job so i just buy new ones... i have three pair now that have lost their quality and am ordering a new pair

absolutely the most precise tweezer I have ever used... I bought this one only to replace one that I dropped on the tile floor, and did not want to wait for the period of time to send it to the company to replace at half price... do not waste your $$ with other brands, this one will do the job better... and it was delivered quickly by drugstore.com, I might add...
How to use: Tweeze in direction of hair growth. Tweeze after shower or use a hot towel to open pores. For ingrown hairs, cleanse skin and disinfect the tip of the tweezer with alcohol. After any work under the skin, clean area with hydrogen peroxide.
