My young daughter gets terrible eczema flare-ups on her hands, and this product works wonderfully! Some others can be very greasy and she doesn't like the feel of them, but this one absorbs and moisturizes well without making her feel like there's cream on her hands.

I have eczema on both hands and have trouble keeping my skin soft, especially during the winter months. This is a great product to use in-between the steroidal medicine I apply in the morning and evening. It dries quickly, is not greasy and barely has a scent. It's the perfect eczema cream. I own the full-size version which I keep at my desk but I keep the 2-oz bottle in my handbag. It's a great cream for eczema.
