Love this stuff. It kinda cuts down the shampoo and conditioning time because you don't have to rinse it out, you just shampoo afterward. Conditioning before shampooing...not the usual order of things, but it worked well for me. I have relatively straight hair that I've only been shampooing lately (no conditioner), so I noticed a difference when I used this. My hair was much more manageable and soft, and not greasy at all. Love the citrus smell too. I wish it stayed with me after my hair dried.

This product works. It left my thick, coarse, curly/frizzy hair soft and manageable. I used significantly less styling product than I normally would. I would give it five stars except for the smell. While not as strong as the Orange Essence Facial Cleanser, still a pronounced orange oil smell. Fortunately the smell doesn't linger after you wash the product out. I would recommend this conditioner to anyone with thick, coarse, and/or curly hair, but it's probably a bit much for fine hair.

A strange but very effective product. Unlike regular conditioners, it doesn't make your hair feel slick and slippery immediately after application, and can be difficult to work through your hair. I never really notice the effect it has until after I've shampooed the stuff out and am styling my hair- and my hair is suddenly glossy, soft, lively, healthy-looking... I can't praise it enough! I love the packaging, too, but I wish Burt's Bees would make BIGGER tubes for this and the orange essence facial cleanser.

Everyone wants to know what I use in my waist-length hair. This product is it! I have found the "cure all" for my hair woes. Buy it and you will see a difference the first time you use it! On top of this, it is natural, so it does not harm Earth. How much better can a hair product get?!

I tried the sample tube of this product in my hair as directed. I even shampooed after I put it in my hair, but it didn't come out! I looked like a greaseball. It was so bad, my hair looked wet when it was actually dry. It took two more shampoos to get it all out. I am not sure if it conditions or not, while it was still in my hair it felt really really greasy like it was over conditioned, but now that I've got it all out of my hair, it didn't seem to do much good - kind of like it was really just coating my hair in waxy stuff rather than soaking into it. My hair, however, wasn't very dry to begin with and is long, wavy, and poofy although not that thick. So maybe it just didn't work for ME, but it would work for someone who has really dry or crazy hair. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for someone with oily or thin hair though.

I love this stuff! I recently cut off all of my hair, and was having problems as it grew out because my hair is curly; it started to puff up like a big fuzz ball. I have been putting just a bit into my hair after I shower, and oh my! My hair is so, so, so soft, and no frizz at all. One day after I showered, I was lazy and didn't put it in and the next morning when I got up my hair was all over the place and boy did I regret not using it. I don't recommend using it as a styling product on dry hair (I tried it that morning), or you'll look greasy. Be careful about using too much because your hair will just look dirty (I've done that too). As for the scent? Every time somebody smells my hair, they say: \Oh my! You smell so good, what IS that?? If they ever stop making this, I'm gonna go into mourning for a long, long time.

I have a lot of thick hair and this tube lasted me two uses. I noticed no real difference afterwards, and probably won't buy it again. It's hard to get out of the tube, and doesn't smell too fabulous either.

I heard so much rave about this product and I had to try it. I was waiting eagerly for it to arrive and I must say it is fantastic. I have a bad case of swimmers' hair. It was so damaged and brittle, it felt like straw. I applied it on my dry hair and let it sit for hours and wash it off with Biolage color care shampoo. It rinses off easily, and my hair felt so smooth and shiny after one application. You got to try it to believe it! This is a fabulous product! Economic price too!

I have thick wavy hair, so I am big into hair conditioning treatments. This product smells wonderful, and when you leave it in, you feel that your hair cuticles soak the stuff in, instead of just being coated like other conditioners do. For those who think that one treatment could make your hair soft and supple, think again about the damage you've incured to your hair. It will take time, constant treatment and care, and plenty of trims.

This conditioner is great for damaged hair. It is different than most treatments in that it is supposed to be put on BEFORE you shampoo. It has to be washed out, not rinsed out. My hair is really dry and it is a wonderful natural product for dry, brittle hair.
