Absolutely disgusting, damaged my hair

Bottom Line: not recommended

This product made my hair feel like straw. It is VERY difficult to apply, does not glide on smoothly and feels nothing like a conditioner. If you want your hair to feel damaged, brittle and dry then this is the stuff for you. HATE IT.

I absolutely love this product. Its the best hair treatment product Ive used. It leaves my hair soft, smooth and shiny. Its the only hair product I keep stocked at all time.

This product did nothing for me but weigh down my hair. It wouldnt even curl it was so limp after using this product. If you have fine wavy hair this isnt the product for you.

At first I didn't think this product would be that great when I put it on because it was very thick and sticky and when I rinsed it out my hair felt so heavy. But when my hair dried it looked and felt fabulous. Before it was dry and frizzy but now it looks so silky and beautiful. And the product is natural and the packaging is recyclable. All in all a good product!

Use this every other day for my very dry colored and very thick hair-also abuse with blow dryer and hot iron. This is THE best pre shampoo mask ever-have tried expensive (keihls, fakkai, etc) but this cheap stuff wins hands down. Feels tacky at first but after rinsing is fabulous, definitely has helped with breakage. Only complaint would be smell but after shampoo/condition is not noticed.

This is too thick and messy. Just a pain to deal with and the results aren't anything you can't get with a salon brand. Sorry, can't recommend this.

This is one product I will never be without. It is a great pre-shampoo conditioner AND styling product. As someone who spent years in the beauty industry, I normally only buy professional products. But, this one is far superior to many of the professional brands. If you have wavy or curly hair, you can just use a dime size amount and let your hair dry naturally. It will give you frizz-free, soft waves. I also use a small amount before straightening my naturally curly hair with the blow-dryer, eliminating the need for the three other products I used to use for this purpose. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I love this product, but I tell you: it took me awhile to figure out where this fit in my regimen. I'm not someone who has super-damaged hair, so I don't really need deep-conditioning per se. I found it hard to work with too. But now I've figured it out! In the winter my hair gets really staticky even if I washed and conditioned (with a more traditional conditioner) that day. So after my hair is dry if I notice any static I wet my hands, put a *small* amount of the product in my palm (maybe a 1/4" strip) and rub it with my wet hands to sort of distribute it. Then I run my hands over my hair and it is just enough to stop the static

I wasn't too impressed with this product. I am Latina and have very dry coarse hair from dying it, so I was hoping that this would help. When you put it on your hair before shampooing, even though your hair is wet, it feels sticky and is pretty hard to distribute evenly. I didn't like the way it felt on my hair and after rinsing it in the shower I still wasn't overly impressed with how soft my hair was. Overall a big disappointment.

Didn't work for me. The first time I used it, my hair was soft and silky but subsequent uses left my hair pretty weighed down with no softness added. I have fine hair which is oily at scalp and dry at ends.
