I would recommend this to anyone that needs a blood pressure monitor. It's really easy and fast to use. The only real downside is that the arm band is stiff so it's hard to put on unless you slide it up onto your upper arm and that it is large and bulky. But it's accurate, fast, easy to use and comes with a handy monitor that lights up green/red depending on your results.
