I use it daily for my BP and Heartrate measurements. It's easy to use, and synchronizes very easily with my iPhone and the iHealth App. (That took me a day or two to figure out, but it was easier than I was expecting - I just had to wait until the bluetooth sync captured data from the device, and voila, there it was in iHealth).
I like that my wife can take her measurements and not have them interfere with my trending data. There's also a way to use it in a "guest" mode so that someone else can take a measurement and it doesn't store as yours.
