I use it daily in addition to my regular fluoride toothpaste although this also has fluoride in it. It does help keep your teeth whiter. With age and drinking a lot of coffee, by teeth weren't as white as they used to be and this definitely helped. I use it twice a day.

I can not comment on the whitening power of this toothpaste as I used it once and tossed it in the trash. Yuck is all I can say. It left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. I had to brush my teeth again with my trusty crest to get rid of the aftertaste. It was a free sample so no loss on my part.
