This is not a highlighter, it's a glitter lotion. Big chucks of glitter that would not look flattering on anyone's face. Does not blend in and the glitter gets on everything. The product will not wash off hands or brushes even with soap. Very disappointed.
Apply all over your face to illuminate your features under and over foundation. It can also be blended with your foundation for an additional touch of glow.
