Delicious, almost like a daily treat. I never want to miss taking my VitD because this is almost like a fruit snack. My kids love them too and never forget to ask me if they can take their VitD. Living in the Midwest, the sun rarely shines in the winter so this is important. HOWEVER, I do have to remind my kids that this is like medicine and it's not a snack! Stay out of the cabinet!
