My now three-month-old baby loves these soothies! I started giving them to him when he was about a month old. I noticed he would be hanging onto my nipple and not eating (which can become quite painful as nursing moms know!) He took to the soothies just fine. He doesn't keep them in his mouth for long - I use it to pacify him and, once he is soothed, he lets it drop out of his mouth. They are easy to clean by just throwing into the sterilizer with your bottles or running under boiling water.

These pacifiers have a great design but we use a sterilizer and find that there's water left inside the sucking part after cleaning. This makes us think that it's not completely clean.
