This is part of my new skin care regimen which I have been using for a week now. My skin is really, really clearing up. I generally get cystic acne and have none right now! The only things that are being a little stubborn are a few remaining blackheads on my nose, but again it has only been a week and they too are clearing up.I have combination, acne-prone skin that's slightly oily but gets very dry and flaky when I apply acne creams (benzoyl peroxide).My routine consists of this:A.M.:1. (Every other day) exfoliate with St. Ives acne scrub GENTLY for about 1 minute2. (On the days I don't exfoliate, I just start with step 2) Apply Dickinson's witch hazel daily facial toner (look it up! It's great! Smells awful though so that's why it doesn't have 5-star reviews)3. Apply Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment to my T-zone4. Apply Avon Hydra-Radiance Intensive Nutrient Night Serum to my T-zone5. Apply St. Ives Fresh Skin Collagen Elastin moisturizer all overP.M.1. Cleanse/remove makeup with Oil of Olay Foaming Face Wash for Sensitive Skin2. Apply Dickinson's witch hazel3. Apply Avon Hydra-Radiance Intensive Nutrient Night Serum all over4. Apply St. Ives Fresh Skin Collagen Elastin moisturizer all overEach product is well under $10 (I got the Avon serum on sale for 40% off, although I believe they just discontinued it! Look for it on ebay or elsewhere) and each work in their own individual way to create clear, healthy-looking skin. After having tried countless acne regimens, I finally have one that really works for me and I'll be sticking to it until I can't find the products anymore.I've also been taking a multivitamin, alpha lipoic acid supplements containing biotin, and have just started taking zinc supplements a couple of days ago.

Scrubs are known to irritate acne-prone skin. Especially if they are as coarse as this product. I noticed this when i stopped using any scrubs at all for about 3 - 4 months. My face was pimple free but i could feel the small bumps and flaking. So, i came back to this product which i used to use religiously since 2 years back. Instantly, i developed 2 - 3 big pimples on my face. Fortunately, this "break out" did not continue. And ironically enough, i still do love and continue to use this product despite. Nothing can beat the clean and smooth feeling after scrubbing. It's also a great emergency kit when you have flakes on your face or dry skin. It instantly moisturises and polishes the flakes away.

As a member of the American Military forces, I don't often get time to pamper my skin, or take care of my acne. I use this product 3-4 times per week as an exfoliant. The grit isn't too rough, and it scrubs away dead skin and oil like a charm! It doesn't remove water proof mascara very well, but then again that is not the reason I bought the product. Overall, awesome for people who have oily/acne prone skin like me!

Never in my life did I imagine finding a fantastic scrub for under $5!! Adult acne came at me out of the blue and Ive been trying MANY different acne treatments & this one by far has been the most effective. I recommend anyone w/blackheads/whitehead issues to use this product. Im soo happy.

This is my favorite skin cleanser. This leaves my skin SO soft and the beads work thoroughly but not to the point that it leaves my face raw. I'm not sure it does much for acne, mostly because I dont break out a lot, then again maybe the reason I dont break out is BECAUSE of the face wash? =D Great buy.

I was really impresses with how well this product works. After one use, my face felt extremely smooth. Throughout the day, my face tends to become oily and shiny, but the apricot scrub did a good job keeping my face clearer for a longer time, as opposed to other scrubs.
