I haven't used it long enough to see if there is actual results. But so far, it's very rough but I suppose it's okay if you use it weekly or less, not daily. Also probably best for thicker, less sensitve skin types. It makes my skin a little smoother, but it's also kind of drying.

It does smooth my skin, but the granules don't dissolve well, and it just seems too harsh. Works well as a body scrub, though.

This scrub is the best! I have tried the other St Ives scrubs, but the medicated one works the best to clear up my blackheads. It is gentle enough that I use it every day!

This is great for weekly or every other day use. Daily use may become irritating and make you break out. But if you were to use it every other day or weekly, you get dead skin cells off and give your skin a chance to regenerate. Daily use really isn't good for you with this scrub, because not many dead skin cells can accumulate in a 12-24 hour period. It's great, It works well for me, feels good.

This is a great scrub. I've tried very expensive scrubs, and was quite surprised with St. Ives. I'm 38 years old, and have oily/acne prone skin. I use it every morning in the shower on my face, neck, and chest. It feels very fresh and clean.

My dermatologist suggested this scrub to me when I was 16 -it's 10 years later, and there is still nothing better. Editor's note: doctor's recommendation is based on customer experience, and has not been independently verified by the drugstore.com website.

This stuff is great! It leaves my skin nice and smooth. I use it on my face a few times per week in the shower, then follow with a moisturiser (also St. Ives) once I get out of the shower. I have found that this works better on my skin than the original Apricot Scrub, as the other stuff irritates my skin too much. I can definitely see why other people have said they could only use it a few times per week, because it could potentially be very irritating. As for the smell, I think that's from the salicylic acid (I've noticed the same scent from other products containing salicylic acid).

Not a great scrub at all. I bought it for my boyfriend to use. He has tons of blackheads, pimples, and white heads, and this just made him break out worse.

This is the BEST scrub ever created, I swear it will do wonders for your skin. I have been usuing this since I was 12 years old...I'm 24 now, and it's still my favorite! Great value for the price. I have oily/combo skin, and I use this every other day. You should use a toner after this, and then a moisturizer. It's so important to have a good skin care routine, and this product should definitely be in it!
