I take vitamin E because 800 IU of Vitamin E daily helps with nasal allergies. I started with another brand, Nature Made, and it worked great. If I didn't take them one day, I paid for it. I decided to try GNC because it is a great brand and it is less expensive. Unfortuanately, it does not work as well for allergies even though I am taking the same dosage. I do still see an improvement in my skin and I'm sure I'm getting the heart benefits but I will not buy these again. They are easy to swallow and gave me no negative side effects.

The gel capsules are easy to use on a daily basis. This brand is a cost-effective choice.

I take 1 a day. It helps with my skin not being so thin and dry.

The pill shape (torpedo) and size make it easy to swallow. Also, 400 IU is just about the maximum one should take at one time to avoid overdose. Of course, one could take less IU multiple times but this is usually more costly.

I have been taking this product daily for at least a year, perhaps more. My doctor recommended it for me. I have found that my skin is less dry and has a glow.

I am diabetic and have taken Vitamin E for years. This product is as good as most others I've taken.
