I poked a hole in the vitamin and used the gel directly on my stretch marks. Surprisingly in less than three months no more stretch marks! It works beautiful in less than a month you notice a huge difference!

I get very dry skin in the winter and Vitamin E helps keep my skin smooth. It is great! I take 2 a day and notice a huge difference. If your skin gets really bad break open a capsule and rub it on your hands. Leave it on your hands 10 - 15 minutes then rinse and put lotion on your hands.

I LOVE THESE- not just as a dietary supplement, but as a lip gloss! I love poking them open, squeezing it on my lips, sharing because there's plenty, and eating the excess. Vitamin E is excellent for your lips, and it's totally safe because you're supposed to eat it anyway. Keeps my lips lovely, and is cheap. WOO!

I have very dry lips, and I poke one of these open every few days and spread the contents across my lips two or three times over the course of each day. A bit messy, but works like a charm for baby soft lips, especially after wearing drying matte lipsticks for hours at photo shoots.

Vitamin E is cheap and it's the best thing for you!! Not only for me, but MY DOGS! They have lousy skin in the winter. After they eat in the morning, I give them one and within like a week, their skin is completely healed! I have a yellow Lab and a cocker mix. The annoying sound of them itching and licking is over!!!! YES!
