Reasonably priced. Bought b/c only natural tampon I've found with plastic appliator. Not the most enviro-friendly, but a happy medium btwn. conventional & organic tampons with cardboard or no applicator. Did experience some leakage - may have been improper insertion, heavy flow, idk. Nothing a pantiliner couldn't handle.

I was looking for an alternative to major brand synthetic tampons, and Veeda is the answer. At least one blogger was critical of the applicator, but I found no real problem with it.

I was skeptical but these are better than Tampax or Playtex Sport. I am very active and usually have leakage after 2 hours. I had this one in for 5 hours and NO leaks. It didn't even feel like it would. It has a full plastic applicator but it's compact (you have to pull it out). The only thing is the wrapper is loud. There is no concealing what you are doing.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
