The shampoo does what it is supposed to do. I usually apply it at exactly the area where my (both) eczema and psoriasis is located, and even with just one application, I can see the difference. It controls the itch and the flaking to a markedly and noticeable difference. When applied it tingles, just like most eczema and psoriasis medicine, but what I love MOST about this, is that I don't have to use the SUPER incredibly greasy ointment the doctor's office prescribes. Some of the medicine I'm prescribed causes pimples and zits even in the most unimaginably unlikely places, including my scalp! This, however, does the trick without the side effects. It doesn't smell that great, but I use a heavy conditioner (I'm big into moisturizing and taking care of my hair), and it's great. I only use it on a needed-basis but when I do, it's only 3 or 4 times a week. I stop when not needed. It's pricey for a small bottle, but since I use it like any other ointment, it lasts me a very long time. My favorite is to purchase a ton of these when I have FSA money left at the end of the year. Bandaids are great, but this is the perfect item to spend the rest of your money on... I'm getting a dozen next month.

This is the only psoriasis shampoo that has worked for me. I would recommend this to anyone who has mild psoriasis.

I've used this for about a year, and I can REALLY tell the difference. For a period of time I was showering at the gym and my boyfriend's place using other shampoos and I started getting dandruff again! The key is to let it sit on your head for a minute like the directions suggest. I work it in all over for a minute, let it sit for a minute and my hair is shiny, and smooth. I also only wash every other day, and my hair doesn't get a greasy build up. And it doesn't smell!

This is the first psoriasis shampoo I have boughten since I was 10 years old, that didn't smell really, really bad. Seriously, since I was diaqnosed with scalp psoriasis it's just been a constant battle trying to find the perfect shampoo. Most of them smell and look like tar, which is what they're made of, but you don't want your hair to smell like that. It's bad enough you have to have psoriasis, but having to smell like tar is like a big bulletin board for it! Anyways, perfect shampoo, I love love love it has no smell!

I have had problems with seborrheic dermatitis off & on most of my life but for the past several years it has been almost constant. After trying several other treatments that offered only partial relief, I noticed this in the store & thought I'd try it. It has become my regular shampoo. I can skip it once or twice a week but, more often the sores come back. I'm so happy to have found something that works so well.

I like this shampoo. I have Psoriasis and have for years. It is in remission right now, (Yay!) but my scalp still gets irritated by other shampoos that are heavily perfumed. It helps soothe the itch and has some conditioning so you may not need a separate conditioner.

Tired of constant breakouts that involved my face and scalp. I started using Dermarest and could feel a difference within a few days! I use this shampoo as a spot treatment on my face as well being careful not to get it in my eyes and Dermarest has kept my acne under control. I can't be without this shampoo!!!
