I spray this on wet hair after shampoo and conditioner and then use a wide comb to come it through then I let it air dry. It almost completely rids any frizz from my thick, course, wavy hair. My hair is shiny and manageable and the it accentuates my curls. I have used it for months and I never let myself run out.
