This is a good alternative to a Fitbit and MUCH less expensive. It has a nice slim design and different color bands are available. I was worried it might not fit my tiny wrists properly (I always have trouble buying watches) but the band is very adjustable and comfortable. I love that it displays the time AND date on the face. The touch screen works pretty well. It doesn't always wake up on the first try. You have to tap it twice and really mean it... soft taps won't work. I thought it would be silly but I ended up liking the notification feature. I get a little buzz whenever a phone call or text comes in. It even tells me who it is from and text messages can be read on the tracker screen. As the mom of a toddler and a newborn and a swing shift worker, I have found the sleep tracker to be useful. It is helping me to take better care of myself. I do wish that there was some type of alarm feature on it. Maybe it works with my iPhone alarms but I have not figured out how. There is no heart rate monitor, but I was not looking for that feature anyway. The unit needs charged about every 3 days. It would be nice if it lasted longer. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this activity tracker to others who are looking for an economical alternative to all the super expensive ones out there.
