I've used this shampoo and the matching conditioner and blow drying product about three times. It came as a sample in a previous order. I squeezed the little sample packet until it was flat as a pancake and then decided I had to order all three products. I have fine shoulder length hair and these products worked very well for me. My hair was fluffier, fuller, and generally better behaved and without frizz after using it. I read the other review of the person with a less satisfactory experience using these products but it also stated that her/his hair was wavy and maybe that's has something to do with it. I didn't notice (in my brief time using it so far) that it weighed my hair down or felt less clean. It lathers exceptionally well and smells great. It's also very inexpensive.

Didnt feel this made my hair feel fuller or thicker. My hair didn't feel as clean as with my other shampoos which I went back to after 2 weeks wasting good money
