• Start by applying Black Radiance perfecting eye shadow primer
• To use as an eye shadow, glide stick color over the entire eyelid from the lash line to your crease and blend as desired
• To wear as an accent, apply stick color to the inner corner of eyes, outer brow bone or right under arch of eyebrow
• For bold definition, apply the metallic eyeliner along last line from inner to outer corners
• For a softer look, use a cotton swab, fingers or fine brush to smudge color
