This cream has a very pleasant smell and texture. However, its consistency is a little thin for taking care of a diaper rash or chapped skin. It's a better preventative than it is a curative. Our baby had a very light case of diaper rash and this cream did not clear it up. It's nice to put on after a bath to prevent baby's skin from becoming chapped.

This is some of the best diaper rash cream I have ever used. I used it for almost every type of rash. Unlike other creams, with this one you see an immediate difference in the way the rash looks.

This is the BEST diaper rash cream I have found! And I have 3 children, so I've been through many of them! It spreads and coats their little bottoms well, but isn't difficult to wipe off at changing time. My girls have very sensitive skin (even unscented wipes give them rashes) and this cream didn't irritate their skin and cleared up most rashes within a day. A little dab goes a long way. I highly recommend you try this.
