I agree with a previous reviewer, this "cream" is extremely watery. You do have to shake the tube to make sure you don't get liquid coming out. I love California Baby, but this product is a serious disappoinment. Get Burt's Bees instead.

I researched this product before buying it and wasn't sure if it would live up to the hype, but it completely does! I have used a number of other diaper rash creams and none are as good as this. I wouldn't continue to spend this much money on it if it wasn't worth it! My daughter does not get diaper rashes that often, but once she does they are so hard to get rid of and are so painful she screams. This cream heals them up right away. I love the thin consistency because it is easy to spread on a very painful rash. She actually lays still when she sees this cream because she knows it makes her rash feel better. It also washes off easily, so it doesn't get caked on like other creams. Their Diaper Spray is fantastic too.

It's work! My daughter almost doesn't have a rash, because we use a washable diapers, but sometimes it's happened. This product is perfect, just apply it on clean baby skin.

The product contains Tea Tree Oil and Alcohol which made My child scream when applied. It is not for an area that has a rash already. I tried it on a cut on my finger and it is very painful. I would not use it on broken skin. I would find a different rash ointment

This cream smells really nice and has great ingredients but is extremely thin & watery. Even with shaking the tube, I still got a watery glop of cream as I tried to squeeze it out. I wasn't too happy when the cream fell on my black pants at a diaper changing. I like the consistency of Burt's Bees diaper ointment better. It sticks to the skin through the night unlike California Baby.

This diaper rash cream is the BEST I have found! My daughter had a terrible rash for over a week and I tried several brands - nothing helped. A friend recommended CA Baby... I tried it with little hope. The very next time I changed her diaper, the rash was cleared!! No joke this stuff is amazing! Also it has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties so if baby has yeast type rash, it may help too. A little goes a long way. It is a bit thin as others say which doesn't bother me, given the benefits! LOVE it and will not use anything else now. I now also use the body wash and my daughter's eczema has gone away after using it... coincidence?

This is the only diaper rash cream I use. It's great. Smells great, doesn't irritate or sting my baby's bottom at all like some other brands.
