This is a wonderful product! I use this on my baby girl since she was a few weeks old. Does not try out babies skin because it's all natural and very gentle on their skin. I use this product every day twice a day on my daughters face. After I wash her face, I put this on her and it keeps her skin soft and hydrated. I've also used it when my daughter gets red marks that look like a beginning of a rash in her diaper area and it clears up right away. My daughter is now 8 months old and she's never had dry skin or a diaper rash :D You will not be disappointed with this product, I PROMISE!!

My son's eczema got a lot better since I used this product. I've used Aveeno baby, Mustela and CeraVe, California Baby by far works best. Even though it's more expensive, it's still cheaper than paying copay and safer than putting antibiotic cream on my baby. expensive.

This is a great cream. I love all the California Baby products! It has a great not overwhelming smell to it. Absorbs quickly and leaves the skin smooth and moisturized! My entire family uses it. Especially after a day out in the sun, it has a very nice, cooling and healing effect to it.

My 3 week old daugher broke out with a case of baby acne on her face (mostly her forehead) from what I think could have been an allergic reaction to being held by a friend who was wearing a lot of perfume. It was more of a rash that was red and very irritated looking. I used this cream and within just a few hours much of the redness was gone and within a couple of days, the rash had cleared up completely. I've continued using this cream on any minor skin irritations that present themselves and it has worked amazingly well. Love this product. Worth the price, even though it is expensive.

by Alicia[Verified Buyer] in Deptford, NJ on 3/17/09
Pros: Convenient Use, Gentle on baby's skin, Heals dry skin, Portable, Repairs severly dry, Smells great
Cons: Only 2 oz
Describe Yourself: Parent of Two or More Children
Best Uses: First Aid, Infants, Mothers, Toddlers
Bottom Line: recommended
This cream works incredibly well. I used it on my 2 month old who was having issues with severe cradle cap and dry skin. Within two weeks his cradle cap is almost totally gone and his skin has returned to the soft, kissable baby skin. :-) My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a larger size; I guess I'll need to stock up!

by Busy mom[Verified Reviewer] in Greensburg, PA on 3/14/09
Pros: Non greasy
Describe Yourself: Parent of Two or More Children
Best Uses: Dry sensitive skin
Bottom Line: recommended
I have never been able to use a moisturizing cream because of my sensitive breakout prone skin. I recently used a face product that dried my skin out terribly and i have not been able to get my skin healed after almost a week. I searched all over and decided to check the baby section. I read how this can be used as a night cream for healing skin. I tried it last night and there is a 50% increase in my skin's improvement with no breakouts. I am pleased. I have never woken up from using a night cream without instant pimples. Amazing. I can't wait to see how this continues to help my damaged skin.

Pros: Convenient Use, Easy To Clean, Portable
Cons: Too small
Describe Yourself: Parent of Two or More Children
Best Uses: Infants, Kids, Mothers, Toddlers

Works well on my 5 year old's eczema. Have to use every day though so it can get expensive. Wish it came in bigger jar. Jason's makes a thick calendula cream in 4 oz for about the same price. That's good too as long as you take the cover off and don't try to use the pop top.

We slather this product on our child at least twice a day to relieve the itching from eczema. It is great alone, and even better with a 'topcoat' of Aquafor!
